Known Superhuman Powers: Jubilee is a mutant with the superhuman ability to generate energy globules in varying degrees of power and intensity. These plasmoids obey her mental control -- traveling where she directs them; arranging themselves in balls, streamers and other shapes; and exploding as she wishes. Effects range from a multitude of colorful sparkles that can temporarily blind onlookers to a fairly powerful detonation capable of smashing tree trunks and metal objects. Jubilee can absorb her "fireworks" back into her own body without harm to herself.

Personal Interests: Remembering what her life was like as a mutant orphan Jubilee has used a portion of the profits from her Summer LaBoom movies to help fund programs to assist underpriviledged and orphaned mutant children. She also makes appearances (like the concert at X-isle) to promote awareness and funding for mutant causes.
History: She spends some time living with her former Generation X teammate, Paige Guthrie, in Boston. When Paige began getting photojournalist jobs, Jubilee was left to her own devices. She met up with Wolverine and tagged along with him as he worked to reinstate and reorganize Alpha Flight. During her stay in Canada, she became friends with Sarah (Marrow). The pair leaft Canada on a cross-country road trip. Back home in Hollywood Jubilee was approached by a talent scout who asked if she had ever considered being in a film. This lead to her first film, the independent movie, Blast Girls! While never achieving superstar status, the role lead to a series of B movie films with her as the title character Summer LaBoom, a mutant vigilante. She has become a cult icon and spends a great deal of time outside of her acting career appearing at science fiction conventions around the world.
