Base of Operations: Mainly her 'nest' somewhere in France, but does leave the country from time to time.
First Appearance: Shrike has only been spoken of and has yet to make her Next-X debut.
Origin: Angeline 's powers are not natural. She was transformed by having her genetic structure altered.

Hair: Dark grey/black. Straight and a little past her shoulders in length.
Distinguishing Marks: She has very pale pink skin, a boney sppearance, and bird like legs. Both her hands and feet are also bird like with razor sharp talons and she also has a large set of black wings.
Strength Level: Shrike possesses a slightly higher than normal strength capability. She could comfortabley carry the weight of two average weigted people at the same time while in flight.
Known Superhuman Powers: Other than her birdlike appearance, Shrike's powers include flight and a ferocious feral bloodlust.

Weapons Used: Shrike wears body armour with razor sharp blades attatched to her gauntlets. She also has insanely sharp talons of her own and has little use for conventional weapons.
 

Personality: Driven mad by her appearance and her failure to kill her arch nemesis, Dove, she seeks out other beings with bird-like based powers and delights in torturing them.

History: Angeline was a beautiful young girl who was best friends with a plain young girl who transformed into a gorgeous bird-like creature when her mutant powers manifested at puberty. Insanely jealous, Angeline sought out a scientist who she paid vast quanities of money to merge her genetic structure with avian dna. The procedure worked for a short time, but she soon began to mutate even further and her features became twisted and ugly. Her hands and feet transformed into actual birds feet with sharp talons. Driven mad by this, she swore vengeance against the young girl who was once her best friend (now calling herself Dove).
Unsucessful in her attempts to murder Dove, Shrike sought out other bird like mutants and beings and proceded to muder them. A recent find for her was the mutant who called herself Jaybird, who she whisked away to her nest from England to France and began her slow torture, but Jaybird was rescued by Dove before she had a chance to do her too much harm.
Shrike's current whereabouts are unknown.
