Personality: At first, Spartan comes across
as a menacing figure; his great bulk dwarfing any average built person.
He seems to have a permanent grimace upon his face, which reinforces
this image. He is, however, a quiet and thoughtful man, who seems
to have the weight of the world upon his shoulders, but balances it
quite effortlessly upon his broad shoulders. When brought out of his
shell, he is quite talkative, and knows a lot about many things, but
as a rule is usually insular and prefers his own company. He has very
few truly close friends, and does not know how to let his guard down,
or reveal too much about himself. In the field, however, he is almost
a different person. He is a born leader and a confident and competent
soldier, and is extremely loyal to his friends and comrades, and lives
by a deep code of personal honor. He does, however, have a dark side.
It takes a lot to anger him (he is usually calm and collective, even
when surmounted by incredible odds), but when he does, it is violent.
He goes through what is known as his 'Battle Rage', where he sees
red and becomes very violent and mindless in his destruction. Thankfully
it is rare, but when it does occur, it can be a catastrophic and quite
frankly disturbing vision of violence and carnage.
Personal Interests: He does not seem to have
any hobbies or past times, but is very keen on military history. He
never seems to have any spare time for leisure activities.
History: Prior to his founding and command of
The Elite, Spartan's past is murky, surrounded in a thick fog of deception
and speculation, and with various red tapes and classified stamps
all over it. He is, himself, not forthcoming with his past. It is
strongly evident, however, that he is a veteran of many campaigns
and with a great deal of military and intelligence experience. |
